Internal Condom

A internal condom is a pouch you insert into your vagina. It’s not the prettiest thing in the world, but it does give you more control than a male condom when it comes to preventing STIs. Internal condoms work the same way that external condoms do, except that you wear one on the inside instead of the guy wearing it on the outside. They keep sperm inside the condom and out of your vagina.
